You block that colour girl!

Colour blocking is going to be one of this summer's hottest trends. So take bold cues from Gucci's runways and incorporate the look with rich, lush jewel tones, set off by gold accents to cement a completely glamorous and polished look. Not quite ready to tackle the trend head-to-toe? Try incorporating the trend into your accessories. A colour block pair of wedges or a colourful pair of earrings against a bold blazer create the ultimate drop dead gorgeous outfit without running the risk of being too OTT. We've drooled over the kardashian sister's outfits and gotten severe cases of wardrobe envy. Now, the littlest kardashian (officially disick) is making his own fashion statement. Even Scott Disick has admitted that his son, Mason Disick, has better style than himself! This little bub even managed to (almost) steal the show at Kim Kardashians wedding. Usually wearing his signature loafers, this little one has some serious style. Check out the picture above of his collection of loafers... oh and did we mention he's only a year old! SO what do you all think, Does style run in the Kardashian/Disick genes?

Golden Goddess

Spring has sprung and what better way to revamp your look than to add some gold eye shadow. Many women shy away from this sparkling eye shadow, which to me is crazy. Applied right, it can make your eyes pop whilst giving your look a subtle touch of glamour. So how do you achieve the perfect application of gold eye shadow?
Step 1: Grab an eye shadow brush and put gold eye shadow on it.
Step 2: Brush onto eyelid going right up to the eyebrow. I like to think of this as the 'first coat', it should be subtle and cover the eyelid.
Step 3: Now for layer 2. This time put more eye shadow on your brush, don't hold back. Once your brush has got a decent amount of eye shadow on it, apply to eyelids again, but this time only to the crease.  
Step 4: Finally, apply the last layer to just below the lower lash line. Make sure that you don't venture too far from the lash line.
Step 5: Add some dark brown eyeliner to the top lash line.
Step 6: Curl Eyelashes and add 2 coats of mascara
Step 7: And voila! You will now have sparkling, glamorous eyes.

Mila's Lanvin LRD

Mila Kunis recently starred in the movie 'Friends with benefits'. Her character Jamie was funny, witty and sexy - not too dissimmilar to Mila herself. It was a fantastic film, and a great excuse for a girls night out! Anyway, I thought I'd share with you some pictures (above) of Mila at the New York premiere of the movie. She's looking smokin' in a Lanvin LRD (little red dress) styled with minimal gold jewellery and black pumps. I love LRD's, hence the name of this blog. They are bold and make a statement. The moment you step out in a LRD your confidence soars. Don't believe me? Then try it, I dare you! I guarentee you will instantly feel more sexy, beautiful and confident. Keeping up with Kourtney Kardashian

In the past week, the attention towards reality star Kim Kardashian has sky-rocketed due to her tieing the knot to Kris Humphraies. But today I wanted to change the focus to Kim's sister - Kourtney Kardashian. I have to admit, I am addicted to watching 'Keeping up with the Kardashians'. What can I say? Its entertaining. Watching these celebrities jet-setting across the globe, going to the hottest clubs and wearing gorgeous clothes, a life that we can only dream of. After watching a few episodes, Kourtney's fashion sense caught me eye. Her style is courageous, bold and always well put together. She knows just when to add that red lip, blazer or leopard sandals. Afterall, these finishing touches can take an outfit from average to stand-out. Above are some images of my favourite outfits of hers. What do you think?
